The location is super convenient for airport access, and the neighborhood has cute spots for food and drinks. I loved that I could grab a quick bite in the area, and the room was clean and comfy.

Great location if you're flying out early or want to stay in a suburb outside of the super-crowded center of Madrid. The room was nifty and very clean, with a GREAT BATHTUB! Staff was also really sweet. I liked the neighborhood, a normal-seeming area with a few decent places to eat and a nice plaza one block away.
The bed was very hard.

Basic room lacks toiletries and drinking water.

Convenient public transportation access near the hotel.
My experience was utterly disappointing. The supposed soundproof rooms were anything but. I could hear not only doors slamming but also every flush and shower from surrounding rooms. The lack of communication was frustrating, as the staff spoke very little English, making resolving issues nearly impossible.

I loved the clean room and powerful shower! The nearby restaurants were fantastic for a quick bite, but the chemical smell upon arrival was a bit overwhelming. Would stay again!

good location but basic amenities
The receptionist was incredibly helpful, making my arrival seamless. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the bus terminus, which made traveling from the airport easy. I really appreciated the city view from my room – it offered a pleasant backdrop to my stay.

would like to go back here again
Had a solid stay in a Single Room with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The shower was good, and the towels were fresh. Easy access to the metro, and a quick walk to some nice bars/restaurants. Staff was nice, and it felt clean with a good vibe overall.

The taxi dropped me off in front of a dark alley, which felt unsettling. Inside, the staff wanted to chat, but I was tired after carrying a heavy backpack. The room was clean with a powerful shower, making my stay more comfortable. However, the lack of basic necessities like drinking water was disappointing. I noticed some noise from other rooms at night, which interrupted my sleep. There's no nearby restaurant for breakfast, just a tavern that didn’t meet my expectations. The female staff at the desk the next morning was friendly, which lifted my spirits a bit. Ultimately, the environment felt a bit creepy and could use some updates to improve the experience.
